And so am I, creaky and bleary-eyed, for round two. Couldn't get to sleep, for the longest time last night. The Vigil was fantastic--and I was more present than I've ever been, to all of it. My feet still hurt from trampling death.
I love Kirstin's comment... "my feet still hurt from trampling death" - how beautiful is that!
Amen and alleluia!!!
He is Risen!
I read that Romans 6:3 Epistle like it was nobody's business at our Vigil. I recalled what I once said at MP's... that Paul (not you!) could run the gamut from pedantic asshattery (well i said something else there but you know... this is a nicer blog!) to wisdom. I tried to find that in my words last night, as wisdom was key.
Aleithos aneste!
