Dinner with BFF yesterday. Dinner with another friend this evening. Grocery shopping tomorrow evening. Cooking dinner for friends Saturday.

What is this mad social whirl?
PS: The cookies are almost all gone from the tree. Yum.

Well, I have been told that no news is good news!
ReplyDeleteI experienced the best cookies ever in Guatemala --the chocolate is worked in to a flour-like consistency and mixed with the wheat flour and other ingredients with hardly any sugar --they are not sweet cookies, they are CHOCOLATE cookies! Big, heavy, round. You wouldn't happen to know what they are, would you?!
ReplyDeleteSounds pretty good to me.
ReplyDeleteGood friends, Paul's good's food- a little extraordinary normalcy never hurt.
Love and prayers for an extraordinary Saturday for you Paul
No clue, Margaret, only that I WANT SOME! Welcome home, sweetie.
ReplyDeleteFriends are a balm, and food is a balm, and cooking for friends is a balm beyond description.
ReplyDeleteAnd to be unshackled from this damned machine is a balm as well.
Cook like you love, and we'll see you later.
;)
Sounds absolute bliss - and it's good to read blissful posts!
