I presume the article is dated in error. Dubya hadn't yet stolen the Presidency in May of 2000.

Grandmère, you are too kind. But I know we try to keep our blogs civil. Words do not fail me but I am trying to avoid apoplexy these days, so the less I say the less likely a heart attack. (No, fear not, my health is fine. But when I begin speaking of Bush or Cheney or their enables I give a very good imitation of someone about to burst veins.)
