Yes, I do love it. And yes, it's awesome with roasted potatoes (an all time fave). Cut them up, toss in olive oil, minced garlic, minced rosemary, freshly ground pepper, sea salt. Roast. Divine!

Don't you just love Rosemary? It grows in several yards in my neighborhood, and it smells divine, especially on roasted potatoes! :-)
