Oct. 17 (Bloomberg) -- A special counsel is focusing on whether Vice President Dick Cheney played a role in leaking a covert CIA agent's name, according to people familiar with the probe that already threatens top White House aides Karl Rove and Lewis Libby.

Geez! It is to laugh. I know. They've got to make a provable case, but still....
Mind you, this is from a report four years ago today.
I don't remember whether I realized that or not when I wrote my comment, but you and I know now and knew then that the Dick was in the middle of it.
I have always assumed he gave the orders to out Valerie Wilson, an act of treason. I suspect he may have gotten W to approve it. I am not a nice person. I think they should both be hanged, and there you have it. Not by assassins such as the wingnuts are riling up these days but by process of law.
