The previous banner photo


No one commented or speculated but the banner background for the past while was the ceiling of an elevator at the Place St Charles in New Orleans.

Currently, so to speak, we have the Rio Grande.

Love your speculations, Margaret. The walls of the elevators are traditional: very rich framed wood paneling. Quite lovely, actually. I find the ceilings unusual, interesting, and pleasing - in a modern minimalist way. Somehow I figured a thin slice of that view would be quite different and no one would ever guess what it was. Seems I got that right, though you may have been the only one who speculated.
