Madame Rice and Monsieur Cheney are quite the peacemakers, aren't they? It is to laugh, but I suppose that folks are too polite to laugh in their faces. And then, we are a bellicose people, so perhaps there's fear mixed in with the scorn.
I had to take a bit of a break during the Triduum but yes, I'm back.
I assume that whenever Cheney leaves his secret bunker he is out working nefarious secret deals that will enrich the few and cause untold suffering to the many. I cannot imagine any other reason he would be out and about, and I think he takes pleasure in the suffering part of it. And eats babies for breakfast, undoubtedly.
