The other day I shared a photo of a dramatic sunrise. Here is a shot a short while later.

One sunrise at the Ranch, I wish I'd taken a picture. The fog sat low over the river, and the sky was clear and beautiful above it. The sun turned the top of the fog pink.

It was gorgeous.

Paul said...: Susan S., yes. If you click on the photo to enlarge you will see several lights in the early morning scattered across the valley between me (on the rise leading to the west mesa) and the mountains in the east.
