Love those 'overhauls,' as some back home used to say. And honey that bang line is just perfect.
Happy remembrance, Paul.
You and your Dad are in my prayers of thanksgivings today.
(What a cutie!!)
I am sure the Farmor (my paternal grandmother) did the haircut. This is not staged photography either; Dad was a farmboy.
Coming from the farm myself, I was quick to recognize a fellow child of farmers.
LOL at Susan's comment. My grandfather said overhauls. And the bang line! I don't really know why I find it so hilarious, but I do.
Are there birthday celebrations in the sweet-bye-and-bye? Happy Birthday to Paul's dad anyway.
Didn't you ever have bangs, Mimi?
Susan, I had curly hair. I wanted bangs, but I couldn't have bangs. One day, when I was around 10, I cut my own, but they didn't really work out.
Happy Birthday to your Dad up in Heaven, then!
:)
Thanks for the comments. Y'all are very sweet.
I do enjoy this photo. Maybe the only one of Dad without evident angst. (So Swedish!)
