Perhaps one would notice a pattern among all these countries opposing independence for Kosovo: each is thinking of its own ethnic minority group (like the ethnic Albanians in Kosovo): Allowing independence for Kosovo (ethnic Albanians) would set a precedent that might then comeback to haunt--even bite--them...PS:
